RECEPTION
The hotel has a 24-hour reception.

Α/C
Your room is equipped with an air-conditioning system, which is activated with the key-card. Please insert the card in the slot, open the A/C with the thermostat, which is inside your room, and set it at the desired temperature. Please be informed that the A/C will automatically turn off if the balcony door is open.

WAKE-UP
Ask the reception, by calling 0, and inform about the desired hour. Wake - up call service is provided free of charge.

RESTAURANTS - BARS
Ala-Carte Restaurant: 12:00 - 24:00
Ammos Beach Bar: 09:00 - 21:00

DOCTOR
The doctor is available through the reception 24 hours a day. The hotel cooperates with a private doctor and the payment is made to the doctor, in cash. Please inform the doctor if you have a health insurance.

BUS AND RAILWAY SERVICE
The reception will gladly inform you about the itineraries of buses or trains.

DRESS CODE
Please proceed to the restaurants properly dressed. The gentlemen are kindly asked not to wear sleeveless blouses and short pants. Please lower the volume of your cell phone while at the restaurant. Thank you!

LAUNDRY SERVICE
Provision of dry cleaning, washing & ironing service. Ask the reception for information and price list.

CAR RENTAL
Please ask the price list from the reception.

TRANSPORTATION
A transfer service is available to and from the airport, port, station, etc. For more information, please contact the reception

SAFETY EXITS
For your own safety, please be informed about the whereabouts of the safety exits. More information you will find in the informational map (At the rooms of the central building you will find more information at the back side of the door).

QUESTIONNAIRES
We are really interested to know if you had a good time during your stay at our hotel. Please give us a little of your time to fill in the questionnaires (you will find a questionnaire in your info folder or at the reception desk) and put it at the reception box , the day of your departure. Thank you!

DEPARTURE DAY
Please leave your room by 12:00 and hand in your key-card at the reception. In case you wish to depart after 12:00, please refer to the Reception.
You can settle your bill the day of your departure or the previous day. We accept: Amex, Visa card, Master card and Maestro.
Express check out is also available. For more information you can contact the reception.

SAFETY BOX
Every room is equipped with a safety box to keep your precious items, without charge. Please contact the Reception for more information. We inform you that the hotel holds no responsibility for any precious items you leave in your room. A central safe is also available in the hotel reception area.

INTERNET
In order to read your e-mails or for any other internet service , you can use the computer available next to the Reception.
There is also a wireless connection in all the hotel areas. The Reception will provide you with the Wi-Fi password and instructions to connect.

ROOM KEY -CARD
Please when you exit from the hotel accommodation, leave your key-card at the reception.

DO NOT DISTURB
In case you would like not to be disturbed in your room please use the button do not disturb that you will find near the mirror inside your room and press the Do Not Disturb button.

PLAYGROUND - BABYSITTING
For our little customers 4-12 years old there is a specially designed playground in the outside and inside of the hotel. During the summer months, entertainment activities (eg clowns) are organized for the enjoyment of our little friends. In addition, a child's bed is available free of charge in all rooms.

ROOM CLEANING
Room Cleaning is provided every day. The Towels change every 2 days and the bed sheets every 3 days. Room towels are strictly for room use not for pool, beach or gym use.
Evening housekeeping service is available upon request

WATER
Water supply 24 hours per day

TOWELS & PILLOWS
Please do not use room towels on the beach. Beach towels are available upon request for all hotel guests. Various types of pillows are available (soft, medium & firm).

LOST and FOUND
Please contact the Reception (0) in case you lost or found something. We inform you that the hotel holds no responsibility in case of lost precious items.

ROOM SERVICE
Room service is at your disposal 24h/day. Please call 45 to make your order.

BUSINESS CENTER
In case you need a place to work, our accommodation has a business center configured with the possibility to use computers, printer, fax, etc.
The possibility of using a laptop or tablet is also provided.

A traditional Greek evening with the accompaniment of musical instruments is organized every Saturday. We are waiting for you!

In case of emergency contact the Reception.The closest pharmacy is in Platamon 150m from the hotel.
